We are proud to announce that Tilly has been approved for breeding and is now a Registered Irish Draught! Well done Mary!

2007. Tilly won the Jumper Championship and Working Hunters reserve championship at the National Show. More congrats Tilly and Mary, very well done you gals!!!

Irish Draught

Blossom gave us a wonderful, typey, large colt with the sweetest temperament imaginable. He's  by Foxglen Himself. Right from the start, Boomer was an "old soul"...the sweetest, most lovable fellow we have ever known.

Boomer now lives with his family in Virginia. 

Misty gave us a lovely, athletic filly! Flossie is by KEC Double Diamond, thus making her line-bred on the world famous sire of show jumpers, King of Diamonds.

  In November '05 Flossie was approved for breeding and now is a Registered Irish Draught! Way to go, Flossie and Jeannette!

Harkaway Trelawney

Like all Mountain Pearl and Misty babies, Liam has the most delightful temperament and is a true "people-person"! Liam lives with his "mom" in Illinois. She reports that his under saddle training is going beautifully and that she is very much enjoying his sweet temperament.

Harkaway Lionhawk

Hawk is a colt of excellent breed type and the most wonderful temperament.
This is a breeding that we had great hopes would produce fabulous movement as both Snowford Bellman and Blue are exceptional movers themselves. Our expectations have been exceeded more than we could possibly have hoped... Hawk's movement is, quite simply, breathtaking!

He is owned by Red Ridge Farm inTN and stands at stud with his sire and half brother.

Hawk at three. He will continue to mature for another 3 or 4 years yet.

STOP PRESS:

Hawk passed his inspection with incredibly high scores and is now a fully approved breeding stallion. One single word was written under Judges Comments:
"OUTSTANDING"!!

The next day, at the National Show he went Youngstock Champion, American-bred Champion, Purebred in-hand Champion and Reserve Supreme Champion!

Katy 9 weeks

Harkaway Blues

Born on the 22nd April 2000, a lovely purebred filly by Touch of the Blues out of Blue  She is an exceptional mover with a delightful, friendly temperament. Katy now lives with in New Jersey where she will eventually go into jumping before starting a breeding career. She has been started under saddle and her trainer reports that she is fearless and a delight!

Annie brings together some lovely old bloodlines with Woodranger, Comet and Young Arthur well represented top and bottom. She has her dam's gloriously sweet temperament and lovely, powerful movement. And her sire's beautiful conformation and presence.
Since this is a breeding that we can not ever repeat, Annie will stay at Harkaway Farm and hopefully join our broodmare band in due course.
 Annie is by Attwood Black Laughton out of Mountain Bloom.

We are proud to announce that Annie passed inspection with very high scores and is now a Registered Irish Draught mare!

She has just produced a stunning filly by the dynamic Winmaur Sergeant Pepper and is back in foal to the one and only Harkaway Lionhawk!

Harkaway Shannon Bridge

By Coalmans Touch (Touch of the Blues) out of Roma Blue Hawk He has enormous bone and substance combined with quality and an exquisite head which his dam puts on all her babies. 

 Murphy is of the more traditional type. 

He lives with his mom in Iowa where he is impressing all who see him with his movement and generous temperament. Now he is starting work in harness and it will be exciting to see him develop as a driving horse.

Harkaway Riverdance

Purebred mare by Mountain Pearl (Mountain View) out of Misty River Lass.

Born chestnut, Lizzie is now a beautiful dappled grey.

6 years old. 16.2hh.

In a breed renowned for it's delightful temperament, she is particularly sweet.

We are proud to announce that Lizzie passed inspection and is now a Registered Irish Draught mare.  She is approved for breeding! She lives in MI and is in foal to Touch of the Blues. Not allowing a little thing like motherhood to stand in her way, Lizzie is making a wonderful start to her dressage career with Reserve Champion High Percentage in her division with the Michigan Dressage Club. Way to go Janeen and Lizzie!
